Research shows, time and time again, that group work is just as effective—if not more so—in treating and managing complex trauma, building resilience in the face of life’s hardships, and overcoming old patterns in how we relate to others.
The particular group I will be leading, starting on March 1st, is focused on building skills, increasing confidence, and providing support for people who were raised in abusive, invalidating, or neglectful households and now find it hard to function as adults without a great deal of suffering and effort.
This group is also dedicated to people who suspect they have an insecure attachment style and want to learn how to interact with others in a more secure way—so they can build secure relationships, find meaningful friendships, and receive the love they deserve.
Is this group for you?
- You were raised in an abusive, neglectful, or invalidating environment and now struggle with self-esteem and people-pleasing.
- You have a history of toxic relationships and want to learn, in real-time, the skills needed to attract people who can love and cherish you.
- You want to learn how to relate to others in a secure manner.
- You want to set boundaries and break free from people-pleasing patterns.
- You want to understand your trauma responses and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
- You want to improve yourself and your life in a supportive, warm environment, surrounded by a community of people who share similar struggles.
Although joining individual coaching is not mandatory for group members, I highly recommend investing in at least one individual coaching session per month. This allows us to take a deeper dive into rewiring dysfunctional patterns, developing emotional regulation skills, and finding ways to navigate everyday hardships in a way that truly makes you happy.
The price per group session is $55.
