Do you feel lonely or discouraged in your journey?
After all the reading, scrolling and journaling, you still feel that perhaps you are missing on something?
If you have a history of trauma, whether is emotional abuse, physical abuse or simply neglect, what truly helps is a validating, accepting environment, in which your nervous system can regulate and your can start your exploration of who you are and what you desire from life, all expressed in a safe enviroment.
And while books and courses can be very, very helpful indeed, they don’t offer what you’ve been missing to begin with – a supportive environment.

Commonly asked questions
“What strategies and tactics are you using in your coaching sessions? Are they evidence based?
- While coaching is not therapy, my approach is based in tactics and strategies commonly used in therapy, such as ideal parent figure, internal family systems, somatic approaches and the relational approach.
“What can I expect from the coaching sessions? How do you interact with your clients?”
- The term “coach” often has a “severe” connotation around it, I am quite the opposite. I strive to give my clients a completely judgement free environment where they can express themselves, be themselves and in this process, find out who they are.
With what sort of issues do you have experience working with?
- I have experience working with all sorts of issues, including: panic attacks, social anxiety, depression, limerence, maladaptive daydreaming, dissociation, mood swings, codependence, avoidance, compulsive thoughts and behaviours.
“I’m afraid to open up.”
- That’s a valid fear that is often brought up. But in reality, most people have this fear. Including myself! Opening up to a stranger isn’t easy for anyone, however I do my best to create a safe and comforting space. To further help my clients, I offer sessions via both audio and video sessions, so if you are a little bit shy, you don’t have to show your face to benefit from this service.
